PET RULES

1. Maximum: 2 pets without prior permission and possible fees.
2. Requirements: Housebroken, vaccinated, non-aggressive and parasite free.
3. Potty Area: Backyard, access through the garage or sliders. Clean up after your pet.
4. Control: Pets must be under your control or crated at all times. Dog sitting fees apply if not (rates on next page).
5. Nighttime: Pets must stay in your room.
6. Restrictions: No pets on furniture or in food prep areas.
7. Cleaning: Additional cleaning costs apply, minimum $25.
8. Disposal: Dispose of poo bags or litter in the outside trash tote by the back gate.
9. Pet sitting and boarding services are available for an additional fee.
