•Please treat our home with the same care as your own.

•Quiet hours are from 9pm to 7am.

•Shoes must be removed or covered when entering.

•Only guests listed in the original reservation are allowed.

•Open flames and lit candles are prohibited.

•This is a non-smoking property: please smoke outside and dispose of cigarettes properly.

•Alcohol, marijuana, and controlled substances are not allowed.

•No unaccompanied minors under 18; children must be supervised at all times.

•The alarm system is operational from 10pm to 6am (Summer hours: 11pm to 5:20am)..

Television use is limited to the front room, with additional charges for premium content
